Woburn-based driver of a sedan was driving west on Pleasant St and had the green light. They began to turn left onto Highland Ave and struck a pedestrian at the crosswalk. The driver stated she was driving around 5mph but couldn't see the pedestrian due to the sunlight in her eyes.
