Moped collided with vehicle turning into parking lot

Incident Details
A moped-driver with no plate was driving south on Main St when it collided with a sedan. Sedan was driving north on Main St when it attempted to turn into the parking lot at 766 Main St when it was struck by the moped. The moped driver had minor injuries and the sedan driver was uninjured.
