Moped attempting to pass turning vehicle struck car and fled

Incident Details

Sedan motorist was driving west on Salem St and turning left onto Rockwell St. A black moped attempted to pass the car on the left side and struck the driver's side mirror and tire. The moped fled the area with 3 other mopeds west on Salem.
