Car-young bicyclists collision. Detour involved.
Coleman St @ Hunting St (Ward 8-1 / 6-2 line)
Incident Details
MON 6:20PM Motorist was driving north on Coleman St when he drove around a detour sign and continued toward Hunting St. The driver was stopped by a detail officer and then waved through the stop sign. While doing so, two bicyclists pedaled into the crosswalk and struck the car. No mention of a hospital visit. The location is somewhat near Linden School.
MassDOT reports the bicyclist as 6-15 years old.
